These Terms and Conditions govern your use of thewallshawl.in and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them before you buy.

This website and store is owned and operated by Akanksha Pandey, a Sole Proprietorship registered in India, trading as The Wall Shawl Co. under the brand The Wall Shawl™.

We operate from a single location. We have no branch offices.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. What we sell, and how it is made
We sell art prints on canvas. Every piece is printed and finished to order after you place it — we do not hold finished stock of individual artworks. This matters for cancellations and returns, and is explained in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Sizes shown are the dimensions of the printed image. Because screens differ in calibration, brightness and colour profile, the colour you see on your device may vary slightly from the printed result. A minor variation of this kind is inherent to printing and is not a defect.
3. Prices, taxes and invoicing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. A GST tax invoice bearing our GSTIN 07IQRPP3341G1ZE is issued for every order.
Free shipping across India. Delivery charges are included in the displayed price.
We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already accepted.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a pricing or listing error, a stock or production problem, or an address we cannot deliver to — we will tell you and refund the full amount paid. We will not substitute a different artwork, size or frame without your agreement.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways that are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not collect, see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. Your payment is governed by the gateway's own terms in addition to these Terms.
6. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Intellectual property
All artworks, images, text, layout and design on this site are owned by or licensed to Akanksha Pandey and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from them.
Buying a canvas gives you ownership of that physical article for personal, non-commercial display. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction right.
The Wall Shawl™ is a trade mark of Akanksha Pandey.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, civil disturbance, carrier failure, government action, power or network outage.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to approach the consumer commission having jurisdiction where you reside.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, the details of our Grievance Officer are published below.

We will acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, give you a reference number, and resolve it within one month of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or the consumer commission having jurisdiction, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
